Los Angeles (Long Beach) - Docking
As well as the marina in the port area, there are more facilities centered around the south-facing bay at Long Beach.
Anchorage:
There is a viable anchorage off Cabrillo Beach, which is inside the breakwater and just south of Cabrillo Marina and the LA Yacht Club. If you anchor here, you must ask for permission and/or confirm with the LA VTS on VHF Channel 14 (callsign: “LA-Long Beach Traffic”).
