May 2018, We entered in calm weather close to low tide with no less than 3-meter depth shown. Friendly reception assigned suitable berth for our 14-meter boat. Town still quiet but should be busy in summer, superb beaches, quaint town. Reasonable off-season charges, 28 euro plus VAT for the 14-meter boat. No wifi.
Difficult approach in strong westerly winds with waves and a narrow entrance. Boats over 45″ can only moor alongside the waiting quay. There is space for 4-5 boats. €55 for a 16m boat including water and electricity.

The entrance of Chipiona was only 2,6 m!!! And never go into the fairway from Chipiona to Bonanza with W wind and falling tide (current out of the river). You hardly would see the buoys that sit on a kind of funnel cunstruction underwater to prevent the Ria Guadalquavir meandering.
