YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

October 15th 2015: Supermarket is open but only very basic supplies available. The one “upmarket” resort is very much going downhill. Many shops are closed. There are 3 restaurants left. All are okay. Lots of swells here if wind or waves are from the northeast. Very friendly marinero.

Marina Del Este:
This marina belongs to Group Maritime Mediterranean and is privately owned. The harbour entrance is very narrow and can be dangerous when there is a swell. Call the marina on VHF CH 09 for registration, the waiting quay is at the gas station just after the entrance on the right. There are black fenders here which rub off on your hull, so take care. The Marina office is also there, which is not always open, but the Mariners are always there.
The Marina itself is very pretty, very well maintained and in good condition. There are several restaurants, a small supermarket (which was closed when we were there), very friendly staff, boats up to 20 meters possible – but a swell in strong east and west winds.
We paid €71 plus water and electricity for 1 night for a 15.95m boat.
As of October 2014, the mini-market seems to have closed permanently. All shelves have been removed. It’s a long way over the hill to the next supermarket.
There is a small chandlery on the marina yard.
Prices for 46′: € 35,- + water and electricity (metered). This seems to be an intermediate season price. High season is around 60,- and low season around 30,-
Wifi is free but somewhat unreliable.
