YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

    Posted elsewhere on noonsite:

We visited Ciutadella, Menorca with our 12 m sailing yacht in September 2016. We stayed at the PortsIB Marina. We have an account on PortsIB that makes administration in the marina office easier and faster.

The Marina does have good wifi: you can use a hotspot for only the deposit of 50 euro in cash. You get a receipt! This Dongle/hotspot has so many gigabytes that we used 18 gigs to upload all our photo’s and video’s to Dropbox and still it was working.

The Ferry still has a visitor’s platform at the beginning of the PortsIB area on the same platform as a sightseeing Catamaran that stays there during the night. It is not disturbing, the Ferry slowly enters the harbour. The Catamaran has no loud music and guests are pretty quiet.
