Kristiansand - Docking
This is a very large, sheltered harbour, but the visitors’ berths are close to the town centre. Mooring is bowed to jetty with stern buoys. Outside berths subject to swell. A few berths alongside, no doubling up.
Tokens for showers and laundry from the kiosk.
It gets very full but Harbourmaster is most helpful.

The eastern harbour facility for “guest yachts” recently upgraded the mooring set up around the long concrete jetty. It is now much easier to hook up to the mooring buoys. An extension line (about 2 metres) is connected to the chain under the buoy and fed through the pole on top of the buoy. Tie your line into the eye and go stern to.
