    Marina Ixtapa also has a new boatyard with 100-ton travelift, good for quick repairs, but not much land in the yard for long-term storage on the hard. Ask at the Marina Ixtapa office about the boatyard, same owners.

    Marina Puerto Mio is no longer a real marina with slips and fuel, just a few docks for local dive excursion pangas that ply the cruise ship, passengers. But yatistas can ask the dive shop for temporary alongside dockage. We got that side tie once overnight but had to move quickly the next morning when the Navy patrol boat was coming in.
