Tanjung Pinang (Bintan Island, Riau Islands) - Provisions & Laundry
There are an excellent fruit vegetable and fish market close east of the landing jetties. There are supermarkets, but at some distance from the river and if doing a big provision you will probably want to take a taxi back.

Tanjung Pinang is a filthy harbour, the worst we saw in Indonesia. Rubbish was floating by everywhere and we had to clear the prop of our dinghy several times.
There is an updated document for the Bintan Resorts Marina: https://bintan-resorts.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/bintan-resorts-marina-2018.pdf
