Ciotat has a mainline train station (SNCF) with hourly trains to Marseille and Toulon. It is a 10-minute drive from the center of town but there are frequent buses during working hours on weekdays.

The nearest airport is at Marseille.

    We are a little sad to see the gorgeous port of La Ciotat now overrun with Superyachts. No longer easy to get a spot for a couple of days. We were only here last July.
