Sveti Vlas - Clearance
The marina has informed Noonsite that while in 2010 it was possible for them to arrange clearance on request by the owner, from the beginning of 2011, under special instruction from the Border police office, it is now forbidden for clearance to be performed outside the official Ports of Entry for Bulgaria.
