Anchor on the east side of the Enseada de Perocaao, in front of a luxurious gated community. If you are nice to the security guards they will allow you to leave your dingy on the beach to go explore the town. The anchorage is well protected from north easterlies.

Beaches are nice, this is were wealthy people from Vitoria have their beach houses.

We were there for a technical stop in 20198.

We anchored in front of a gated community with beautiful villas along a natural reserve, where wealthy people from Vitoria have their vacation houses. Mostly coffee exporters, I heard.

We felt very welcomed by the people living there, and the guards let us land with the dinghy on the beach and take a Uber to go downtown.
